Patch for 'missing cleanup in fastcgi' messages

Description

When loading the fastcgi module through the global contruct:

global {

server.modules += ("mod_fastcgi")

}

Lighttpd starts outputting 'missing cleanup in fastcgi' messages in its' error log. The attached patch was suggested by Jan. I have tested it and it seems to resolve the issue. I'm submitting it for inclusion in future versions of Lighttpd.

Patch has no effect with lighty 1.4.15, build from source with Ubuntu 6.06
