sql-ledger gives 500 most often

Description

Trying to run SQL-Ledger does not work. For most URLs, the result is 500 - Internal Server Error. Get this set of Perl CGI programs from http://www.sql-ledger.org.

A detailed description of the cause of this problem would be also good.

Sir, I installed Sql Legder in my Ubuntu Linux new version, but i dont know how it will work, ther is no link in Application menu,

where i can get this, or how i open sql ledger
