kill gam_server after kill lighttpd, and it exit as expect. version 0.1.7 (the lastest and the only one in gentoo)

Looks to me like it was a bug in gamin, and this is really old.
So i just close this; if someone really thinks this is a bug in lighty, show us the backtrace where lighty is waiting (from a current build with debug symbols).
