CGI does not work if FastCGI is enabled

Description

If both the CGI and the FastCGI modules are enabled, CGI scripts do not work, and I get "(mod_cgi.c.1186) cgi died ?" messages in my error log. If I disable FastCGI, the CGI scripts work again.

is mod_fastcgi handling the same extensions/paths as mod_cgi?

this bug is fixed in svn already, 1.4.11 should be ready this weekend.
