mod_ssi ignores assigned mime type

Description

mod_ssi uses a hardcoded mime/content type. It would be better to use the mime type assigned by the mimetype.assign directive. (e. g. XHTML should be delivered as "application/xhtml+xml", but lighttpd will deliver it as "text/html" regardless of which mime type I assign to the file extension, when I use SSI in that file)
