Make it so that reply notifications on a deleted post are also deleted

Description

As it is, they are deleted when a user clicks on the reply notification and the notification can't be found. Make it so that either this process is transparent to the user (rather than returning them to their own blog, redo the page and get the next notification) or make it so that the notifications are actively deleted along with the post.
