Description

Seems mod_fcgi and cygwin aren't playing well together. Would like to use this as a development environment for Rails so I just need a working server, no fancy select timeouts etc.

mod-fastcgi works against remote fastcgi servers.

Currently there is no way to spawn a fastcgi process on windows.
