Description

Hi, I just tried to compile and got this error:
"pcre-config not found, install the pcre-devel package and build with --without-pcre"
Shouldn't the "and" be "or" ;)

Trunk not affected as it has different autoconf:


    AC_MSG_ERROR([pcre-config wasn't found. Either install pcre and its headers or re-run with --without-pcre])
