Without anymore info, i just close this bug.

If think you just misconfigured secdownload as it just does nothing if the prefix doesn't match, and if the prefix matches you obviously wanted secdownload; and secdownload does not generate content itself, it just modifies the physical path.

I have the issue too.

When mod_flv_streaming is loaded before mod_secdownload - there is no flv streaming any more :)
