Description

Since lighttpd doesn't have htaccess, I was looking to use mod_magnet to filter IPs. However, I didn't find any global variable that provided the remote IP to Lua so I tweaked mod_magnet to do so.

To the devs: is there any chance that this tweak can make it really into 1.4.19?
This could really help to mimic some .htaccess behaviour!

I have added a patch over at #1307 that covers this issue as well.
