added optional LDAP support

added /etc/lighttpd/, /var/log/lighttpd/ directory

added /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf

added logrotate entry

change URL and Source

exclude *.la files

some cleanup spec file

i am more in favor of remove the file at all. all distros ship their own spec files anyway.
