Support all hashes in htpasswd

Description

It would be a lot easier for transition from Apache if the "htpasswd" backend supported md5 and sha hashed passwords as well, as specified in htpasswd2 manual page.

apr1 md5 should be supported. what lighty version do you use?

Um, dont file feature requests against such ancient versions. Use 1.4.x (1.4.19 is current atm). Reopen if it's still broken for you.
