Possibility of combining mod_status and mod_rrd

I am running both mod_status and mod_rrd to monitor the traffic hitting my server and was wondering if these could inter-operate, i.e can we have the rrdtool graphs on the url that mod_status is reporting to...

Better solution would be to have a customizable mod_status page, which will run off a template (specified by user) so other customizations can be done easily.
